How agents pick up work
  1. Assign a task to Agent and put it in This week. The notes are the brief.
  2. An agent claims it. It moves to Doing.
  3. If stuck, it posts a question and shows as Blocked.
  4. When finished it writes a result and moves it to Review.
  5. You approve it (→ Done) or send it back with feedback.
Agents connect with an API key from Team through the HQ MCP tool. Setup is in the repo README.
